FAIR PLAY
Frequently asked questions
Answers about using the platform. The terms of sale, refund policy and privacy notice are on the site; a purchase is governed by the version in force at the time of payment.
How do I get my ticket after buying?
After confirmed payment, your ticket QR code is available on the purchase confirmation page; the platform also supports confirmation email. Keep the ticket link and QR code private.
I bought a ticket but never received the email — what now?
Check spam and the purchase confirmation page. For help, email [email protected] with your order reference. Do not send full card details or share your QR code publicly.
Can I refund a ticket?
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets or PPV, as they are services for a fixed date. If the event is cancelled we refund automatically; if it is postponed you can request a refund within 14 days; if our PPV stream fails we refund the PPV purchase. The exact rules are at /refund-policy. Requests: [email protected] with your order reference.
How long do refunds take?
If an event is cancelled we start the refund within 14 days of the notice; for a request we give our decision within 14 days at the latest. Depending on your bank the money usually arrives within 2–10 business days after Montonio has confirmed the refund. Ask [email protected] about a specific purchase with your order reference.
Can someone else use my ticket?
Yes. You may pass a ticket on to another person free of charge — the QR code is valid for whoever presents it. Commercial resale is prohibited and such a ticket may be cancelled. After paying you can name each ticket’s holder on the order page.
What time should I arrive?
Check the specific event page for door-opening times, admission rules and travel information. No unconfirmed times are promised here.
Will the event be broadcast?
Confirmed live-stream, PPV availability and schedule information is published for each event.
Is FAIR PLAY a ticketing platform I can use for my own event?
To discuss platform options, visit /promoters or email [email protected]. An inquiry does not provide automatic access or establish an agreed service.
How do you store my personal data?
The controller is Poksiklubi Kalev MTÜ (the Fair Play Promotion platform). Which data we process, on what basis, for how long and who receives it is set out in the privacy notice at /privacy, together with consent choices and your rights. Data requests: [email protected].
What sanctioning bodies do you work with?
The sanctioning body and title-bout status must be confirmed in each event’s information. This brand introduction does not establish any federation’s approval.
How do I agree to the purchase terms, and what if my reservation expires?
For FPP PPV, enter your name and email; your name is optional for venue tickets. You buy as a guest and do not need an account. Name and email do not verify identity or give marketing consent. A buyer account with verified email ownership is a separate optional feature, not a condition of this purchase. If the event directs venue ticket purchases to Piletitasku, follow that channel’s instructions. Choose tickets, enter your contact details, open the terms of sale and refund policy, and tick the agreement box before creating a reservation. Help and terms links open in a new tab. If you change the page language before reserving, review the terms in the selected language and confirm again. After the reservation is created, you can see your recorded agreement and the agreed document’s version and language. The header language selector is paused during the request and active reservation to keep the payment link available. If the deadline is unknown, language selection stays paused. This does not protect against reloading or navigating to other pages. Continue with the existing payment link. When the reservation expires, you can select a language again. For a new reservation, review the terms, tick the agreement box and add the tickets again; availability is checked again. Agreeing to purchase terms is not marketing consent.
I bought a ticket from an external sales channel — why is it not among my FPP tickets?
An order placed in an external sales channel stays with that channel and does not appear automatically among your FPP tickets. Look for the delivery, entry and refund instructions in the purchase confirmation from the seller you bought from, and take those questions to that seller. A link on an event page does not confirm that tickets are available.
Why did the ticket price change?
For some events the ticket price rises on set dates. The ticket list shows until when a price applies and what the next price is. If the price changes while the checkout page is open, nothing is reserved or charged: the form shows the new price and total, and the purchase continues only after you confirm it again. A reservation already created keeps the total you confirmed when you made it.
What does a VIP package include?
Each package card lists what it grants — for example weigh-in access, meeting the boxers or a photo with the title belt — and how many packages are still available. A package is an ordinary ticket, bought and refunded on the same terms as any other ticket; the weigh-in time is in the event schedule.
How does a buyer account work, and what if sign-in fails?
Open My account in the menu, enter your email and request a six-digit code. When sign-in and email delivery are enabled, the code arrives in your inbox; also check spam. It expires in 10 minutes and a new code invalidates the previous one. For an incorrect or expired code, enter it again or request a new one after the resend wait. Sign out ends this device's session; sign out of all devices revokes all account sessions. Sign in again after a session expires or is revoked. If the service is unavailable, try later. Buying does not require an account: purchases on this device and confirmation email access links continue separately, and email verification does not attach earlier purchases. Open the promoter workspace from My account: workspace permissions and an approved, paid service determine access. Unapproved offers cannot be purchased. These purchases were made with this account’s valid session after account binding became available. Earlier purchases are never linked by matching email. Signing in does not grant viewing access. Paid ticket codes still follow event windows, device limits and all existing access rules.Expired browser session recovery guide
How do I forget an expired account in this browser and continue checkout?
If an expired, revoked or disabled browser session blocks checkout, open My account and choose “Forget account in this browser”. This removes only this browser’s sign-in cookie. It does not delete the account, purchases or server sessions, or sign you out on other devices. Normal sign-out ends a valid server session; “Sign out everywhere” revokes the account’s sessions. After forgetting this browser, choose explicitly: sign in again to link a new purchase to your verified account, or return to checkout and continue as a guest. No checkout or payment starts automatically; an invalid session never silently becomes a guest purchase. If the action fails, check your connection and retry it yourself. Earlier purchases are not matched by email and ticket access rules stay unchanged.Open My account and browser recovery
How do I find a promoter-entered boxer in the public directory?
Open Athletes. Club boxers and public promoter profiles have separate lists. Search promoter profiles by name, open a card or the next profile page. A public promoter profile shows only the platform-reviewed version and approved public portrait; a missing portrait is explicitly marked. Profile provenance does not establish club membership, brand representation or an upcoming bout. Those relationships need separate approval. A new private draft does not replace the previously approved version. Withdrawn or archived profiles and profiles from suspended workspaces are hidden. If the list cannot load, try later; that does not mean there are no profiles. The promoter guide explains publication.
How do I watch PPV on a TV?
For Apple TV or an AirPlay TV, open the viewing page in Safari, choose “Choose an AirPlay device” beside the player, and select a TV on the same Wi-Fi network. Keep the page open and your device awake. Desktop Chrome offers tab casting; HDMI is another option. Before the event, check picture, sound and longer playback on your TV; device compatibility varies. Keep your access code and video link private.
