Terms of sale
In force from Tuesday, 22 September 2026 · version 2026-09-22

What the terms cover
Fair Play Promotion is the platform and service provider through which admission tickets and access to the paid live stream (PPV) are sold for the events named on the event page. The event name, series and organiser, date, venue, start time, price and ticket capacity shown on the event page at the time of purchase are part of the contract.
Your contracting party for the purchase, payment and refund is always the seller named below, also when the event page names another promoter as the organiser. The organiser is responsible for running the event. If the event page names no separate organiser, the seller is the organiser.
The fight card — fighters, bout order and weight classes — may change until the event starts. How changes affect refunds is set out in the refund policy.
The terms apply to consumers and businesses alike. They do not restrict a consumer’s statutory rights.
Ordering and payment
Choose a ticket or PPV tier and quantity, enter your e-mail address (optionally your name and phone) and pay. An order holds seats for 15 minutes; if payment does not arrive within that time the order is cancelled and the seats are released.
Payment is taken through the payment service Montonio by bank link or card, as Montonio offers at the time. We never see or store your card or bank account details.
The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. We then e-mail a confirmation with your tickets or PPV access code and you can download a receipt. Check your spam folder too; the message comes from an address ending in @fairplaypromotion.com.
Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes. We add no service fee: the final price is the one you see before paying. If an event has a presale price, it applies until the time shown on the event page; a promo code is applied before payment and shown in the order total.
If a payment reaches us after the order has expired, we issue the tickets if seats remain or refund the payment in full. We will contact you ourselves in that case.
Tickets and entry
Each ticket is an e-ticket with a QR code. The code is scanned once at the door; the same code cannot be used to enter twice, so re-entry after leaving is not possible with the same ticket unless the event page says otherwise. Keep the code to yourself — whoever presents it first is admitted.
You can add a ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. After paying you can name the holder of each ticket on the order page; this helps at the door and in any dispute.
You may pass a ticket on to another person free of charge. Commercial resale of tickets is prohibited; we may cancel such a ticket.
Any age limit is stated on the event page. The organiser may refuse entry or ask a person to leave who is visibly intoxicated, endangers others or breaks the venue rules; the ticket price is not refunded in that case.
The event is filmed and photographed, including for the live stream. In the audience area you may appear on camera; see the privacy notice.
Pay-per-view (PPV)
A PPV purchase gives access to the event’s live stream on the website. The viewing window — live only, or live plus replay until the time shown — is stated before purchase and in the confirmation e-mail. Access ends when the window closes.
To watch, enter the access code from the confirmation e-mail and the e-mail address used for the purchase. A limited number of devices can watch at once (normally two); adding a new device signs out the oldest one.
You need a stable internet connection and an up-to-date browser. Before buying you can use the “Test your setup” page to see whether your device and connection are suitable.
Recording, retransmitting and publicly showing the stream is prohibited. If the access code is shared we may end the access.
If the stream fails because of us or our provider, we refund the PPV purchase as set out in the refund policy. Problems with your own connection or device are not grounds for a refund; support is available by e-mail during the event.
14-day right of withdrawal
Tickets and PPV are leisure services provided on a specific date. Under § 53 (4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to such contracts, so a change of mind does not entitle you to a refund.
This does not limit the cases named in the refund policy: cancellation or postponement of the event, failure of our stream and double payment.
Event changes and cancellation
If the event is cancelled we refund the ticket price and PPV purchase in full to the same payment method without a request from you. If the event is postponed your ticket is valid for the new date; if the new date does not suit you, you can request a refund within the period stated in the refund policy.
If the venue changes within the same city the ticket remains valid. Fight-card changes — a replaced fighter or a cancelled bout — are not grounds for a refund when the event takes place.
We announce changes to the e-mail address used for the purchase and on the event page.
Liability
We are liable for breach of contract to the extent provided by law. If the event changes or is cancelled we do not reimburse travel, accommodation or other related costs, except where the law requires.
We use service providers for payments, e-mail and video delivery. We resolve their outages as quickly as possible; their effect on refunds is set out in the refund policy.
Questions, complaints and disputes
Write to [email protected] with your order reference and the event name. We reply within 14 days at the latest.
If no agreement is reached, a consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. Estonian law applies to the contract; disputes are resolved by Harju County Court unless the law provides otherwise.
The Estonian text of the terms prevails; the English and Russian translations are for convenience.
Changes to the terms
We may change the terms. A purchase is governed by the version in force at the time of payment; the current version and date are at the top of this page.
Never e-mail passwords or full card details. Do not share ticket QR codes or the PPV access code publicly.
