Back to my events

Your first workflow

  1. Verify your email using the account sign-in code. One identity serves both customer and promoter.
  2. Create your workspace; its owner manages service purchases. Other workspaces remain private.
  3. Create a private event in Tallinn time. Publication and ticket sales require separate setup.
  4. Review the activated offer’s actual price and terms, accept and pay. For a paid period, cover the event from your workspace.
  5. Use all eleven views, save scenarios and import an earlier file through a reviewed preview. Preparing invitation text does not automatically send messages.
  6. Check when access ends. There are no automatic debits; view and export an expired plan and purchase new service to edit again.

Exported plans and archives may contain participant personal data. Store files securely and review the selected copy before deleting.

Publishing a boxer profile in the directory

The promoter, boxer or manager prepares the information; publication requires a separate platform review. Paying for the service never automatically publishes a profile.

  1. The workspace owner creates and edits the profile. Open My account, sign in and select your workspace in the promoter tool. Create a private boxer draft or open the same existing profile; do not create a new identity merely because a name matches. Creating, editing and reading private drafts is free. Enter accurate information. Confirm the required publication rights when uploading a portrait; the image stays private before review.
  2. The workspace owner saves the draft and submits its exact version for review. Promoter public submission, creating or revising relationships, event attachment and participation proposals require a current approved service entitlement. Paying for a service does not grant platform administrator rights. An actual platform administrator uses the tool free; this exception does not apply to ordinary accounts.
  3. A platform administrator checks the exact submitted version and publication rights, then approves or rejects it. The public directory shows only an approved version. Later draft edits or rejection do not replace previously approved content; corrected content must be submitted and reviewed again.
  4. Use separately approved relationships for a club profile, brand association and public event participation. A name, email, brand list or private event roster does not prove identity, employment or a public bout. Public profiles show only actually approved associations and public appearances.
  5. Withdraw or archive a public profile when it should leave the directory; a suspended workspace’s profiles are hidden too. Reading owned history and withdrawal for privacy remain separately authorized after service expiry. Expiry alone does not erase previously approved public content. Never place private contacts or purses in public text.

How to read PPV accounting

Captured purchase amounts do not prove receipt. Actual payments and refunds appear separately below.

Current workspace owners can read history after paid access expires. Purchase-time workspace provenance remains authoritative; later plan transfer does not transfer old sales history. Platform administrators use the tool free.

Unknown VAT, payment fees, commission or payout are not zero. Forecasts and default percentages are not confirmed actual revenue.

Order discounts are allocated across all purchased units, including venue tickets. The entire discount is never attributed only to PPV.

Only an actual platform administrator can append a documentary record. Enter PPV VAT, actual PPV-attributed payment fees, document reference, SHA-256 and reason. Fees may exceed revenue and payout may be negative. This action transfers no money and does not change the accepted purchase agreement.

After a full refund, current commission and payout are unknown. Previous documents remain; refund-related provider-fee treatment requires review.

Invitations and send history

Save guests, select recipients and review the exact server-generated content. Queueing does not send email. Sending requires a separate review.

Queueing and sending require ownership of your workspace and a current paid service. An actual platform administrator uses the tool free. An API key does not replace an administrator session. Every request rechecks authority.

Provider acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery or guest attendance.

An invitation or uncertain attempt already exists for a recipient. Another send may create a duplicate.

Sending stopped: the outcome is unknown or in progress. Refresh history and review before continuing.

Guest replies and attendance remain separate. Frozen send history is retained; deleting it is unavailable here.

  1. Choose recipients (up to 100)
  2. Save and prepare preview — Review exact recipients and content
  3. I reviewed every displayed recipient and message. I want to queue only. — Confirm queue only
  4. I reviewed this exact recipient and content and select this message for a separate send. — Send reviewed selected messages
  5. Refresh batch list — All attempts for this message

Event planning

The budget, floor plan, fighters, guests and scenarios of one event in one tool. Below: who does what, and the steps of a first plan.

Who does what

  • Promoter: Creates the plan, enters income and cost lines, prices the tables and reviews the three scenarios before committing money.
  • Matchmaker: Fills the Setup and Fighters tabs: bouts, opponents still to be confirmed, purses and travel; links boxers to their existing profiles.
  • Boxer or manager: Does not use the tool directly. Ask the promoter for a printout of the Fighters tab to check your purse, travel and corner lines.
  • Trainer: Does not use the tool directly. Ask the promoter for printouts of the Timeline and Guests tabs: weigh-in and fight-night times and corner credentials.
  • Platform administrator: Has free full access to every plan; sets up promoter workspaces and manually granted access, and sets the event's PPV quote.

Steps of a first plan

  1. Open the event, choose “Planning” and create the plan. “Blank structure” gives every line at zero; “Reference quantities” gives a worked example you can overwrite.
  2. On Setup enter the event identity, the bouts and the finance basics. Link boxers to existing profiles with “Link an existing profile”.
  3. On Revenue, Venue & production, Fighters, Operations and Marketing enter a quantity and a unit price for each line. Rename, add or remove lines freely; totals update at once.
  4. On the Venue map drag tables into place (or use the arrow keys) and set each table's tier, status and buyer. Save a layout copy before big changes.
  5. On Guests list press, VIPs, officials and fighter teams; tick invited, accredited, confirmed and arrived; assign a table. “More” opens an invitation draft.
  6. On Scenarios set the fill rates and the PPV and sponsor figures of the optimistic, base and pessimistic cases and compare their net result and break-even.
  7. Everything saves automatically. Before big changes make a named copy under “Saved copies” and restore it later if needed.
  8. To bring over data from the old single-file tool use “Import from the old tool”: keep the originals, preview the changes, then apply them as a saved copy or onto chosen tabs.
  9. For paper or PDF choose “Print this tab” or “Print everything”.
  10. PPV offer shows the administrator's offer and its status. An agreement exists only after a specific submitted version is accepted. The revenue calculation is an estimate based on assumptions, not an actual payout. To see the estimate, enter PPV VAT, refund and payment-provider assumptions in Revenue. An unknown assumption hides the estimate.

Common questions

Do I need to press save?
No. Changes save a moment after you stop typing; the status at the top says when everything is saved. If it says unsaved or failed, press “Save now”.
What if someone else edited the same tab?
You are told in words which tab changed. Choose to load their version or keep yours. Nothing is lost silently: Saved copies let you compare.
Does the tool send invitations?
Yes, through the invitation panel after reviewing exact server recipients and content. Queueing sends no email. Separately review selected messages before sending. Unknown outcomes stop sending; provider acceptance is not delivery.
Who can use the tool?
Platform administrators use the tool free of charge. Promoter access depends on a verified account and workspace permissions. Paid access can be purchased only with an active priced offer and approved terms; otherwise contact the administrator. There is no automatic debit. Expired access retains viewing and export of your plan.
Is my data from the old tool safe?
Yes. Each exported record is stored unchanged first. Importing never overwrites anything until you have seen the preview and confirmed, and the plan is copied first.
New: the event planning tool
What changed
The old single-file planner is now part of the admin: income and cost lines with quantities and prices, a floor plan with draggable tables, optimistic / base / pessimistic scenarios, a marketing playbook, a timeline, fighters and a guest list with credentials, saved copies and printing.
Why it helps
Your numbers and guest list live on the server, change history is kept as saved copies, and several people can work on different tabs without overwriting each other.
How to use it
Open an event, choose Planning, create the plan and start with the Setup tab. You can open the guide from the plan at every step.

Templates, boxers and brands guide

Start with your account and workspace. Follow the template, fighter, portrait, brand and review journey below.

  1. Choose reusable configuration from your event. Each template version is saved independently. Paid access does not transfer to the new event.
  2. Budget and selected configuration are retained. Fighters, guests, contacts, buyers, sold or reserved seats, payments, invitations and completed-work states are not copied. Set schedule deadlines again.
  3. The new event is a private draft. Ticket sales and streaming are unconfigured; access and agreements need separate setup.
  4. Keep your fighters in one library. Private drafts, publication rights and platform-approved public versions are separate. Names do not automatically link a club identity.
  5. Portraits are stored privately. Only the portrait selected in an approved version is public. JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB.
  6. Save text changes before uploading a portrait. Uploading creates a new draft revision.
  7. A brand has one canonical /series/ page. Event appearances and approved brand relationships are separate; neither implies employment.
  8. Only the business contact you enter and explicitly approve is published. Account and budget contacts are never copied here.
  9. Add HTTPS links with publication rights. Links are published after platform review.
  10. A relationship is a separate promoter assertion requiring platform review. Appearing at an event does not create one automatically.
  11. Attach your profile to an event and submit the appearance for review. A budget row or brand relationship does not establish public participation.
  12. Review the exact draft, portrait and publication permission. The decision applies to this revision; later edits need another review.

Unsaved fields are retained in this open browser session. A full reload may erase them; save before closing.
